What Makes A Good Relationship?

Knowing what makes a good relationship does involve knowing generally what men want from women and what women want in men. However that's not the end all say all. We are all different and we all want different qualities in a mate.

 There are many relationship quizzes out there and a array of free relationship advice that you can to go by. Understanding and appreciating what makes your particular relationship a good one is key. Todays society has seem to forgotten what love is and why we endure relationships.

The old saying that it requires a little give-and-take on both parts is very true. Doing that requires understanding of your mate along with the understanding of what women want from men or what men want from women. Again basic understanding of the opposite sex.

Knowing what women want to hear can help you be a major player. But if those words you are saying to your loved one don't have heart felt feelings attached they are worthless. A good relationship is not made from soothing lies. Honesty in what you are saying and feeling will keep your relationship on a level of undeniable understanding.

You will always be able to make an informed decision on situations that arise in your relationship because neither of you are keeping each other in the dark.

What makes a good relationship is knowing in your heart you are truly happy.

Which starts with being truly happy with yourself, not what someone else considers happiness.


Allowing another person's view to change your perception is the quickest way to turn your good relationship bad.

The bottom line in what makes a good relationship lies in you and the person you are in a relationship with. Keep the gates of communication open and honest, always allow room for compromise, and learn to enjoy each other through good times and bad. If you remember these simple rules a good relationship will always be in arms length.
