Strip Steak Recipe Chili Rubbed Strip Steak With Corn Relish
I am a major fan of this strip steak recipe. Main reason being that the strip steak is one of the highest quality beef steaks on the market.
The new york strip steak recipe is particularly enjoyable because it is boneless. Cut from the strip loin portion of the sirloin, the strip steak is from muscle that doesn't do much work, and so it is nice and tender.
Cooking steak is not to difficult and fairly quick. Knowing how to cook steak can be tricky because of all of the different variations that people prefer to have them.
Most steak recipes suggest using a grill. Which is not a bad idea when planning a romantic dinner on the patio. I love a private grilling session with my mate at night. Not a bunch of people over and no kids running to the grill asking for hot dogs.
With that said
