Paella Recipe is a typical Spanish cuisine.
Paella is traditionally cooked in a "paellera" - a round flat pan with
two handles - which is then put on the table.
In many Spanish villages, they use a giant paellera to cook a paella on
festival days which is big enough to feed everybody.
You can find virtually hundreds of Seafood Paella Recipe variations,
this is one using all of my favorite ingredients. Every cook should add
their own touch to this dish to make it there own.
Also ask your lover what are their favorite seafood so you can add it
later as sort of a romantic surprise.
This dish is not bound by it's ingredients so feel free to add or
subtract as you like and it you can not find an ingredient, substitute
it with something similar. It takes the right tools to make

Seafood Paella Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound Shrimp peeled and de-veined
4-6 Lobster Tails
8-12 Lobster claws
6 blue crabs, cleaned and halved
6-8 Clams
1/4 cup diced onions
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/4 cup diced red and green peppers
1/4 cup diced celery
1 cup parboiled rice
2 cups fish/chicken stock
1/2 tablespoon saffron 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions
Heat the olive oil in your paellera or large pan on stove top. Add the
onions, garlic, peppers and celery.
Saute mixture for two minutes.
Add the rice, fish stock and saffron into the mixture and bring it to a
boil.
Finally, add the blue crabs, shrimp, clam, lobster, salt and pepper.
Cover paella and lower heat.
Let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
