No comparisons

My daughter and I on Valentines day One of the biggest things a couple can do that can harm a relationship is compare themselves to another couple. We are not all up in their business and don't know everything that goes on behind closed doors. What seems right for them may not be right for your relationship. That old line saying, well, so and so did this for her man, or woman, kinda cuts deep into the other's soul, as if what they do for you now is not enough. If what your partner is doing is not enough, find some other way of expressing that, like telling him/her exactly what you like or dis-like. Believe it or not, speaking from a woman's point of view, Men do need things SPELLED out to them in order for them to get it. They are not good mind readers, but they can smell and read a "I wanna sex you up" look from any woman. sorry to say, but that is how it goes with men, sex is the priority (for about 99.9% of them anyway).
