Spicy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Here we have a
chicken
stir fry recipe that is similar to a Thai chicken stir fry in
that it is spicy and delicious.

This
qualifies under quick and easy recipes which makes it ideal for a
romantic dinner. Easy chicken recipes are the best because they get you
out of the kitchen quickly with not much of a mess to clear.
A chicken stir fry recipe is best done in a wok, a large deep bowl-like
skillet, because it allows for high temperatures, even heat
distribution, and the food is able to flow fast and more freely
throughout the cooking vessel. If you don't have a wok any large
skillet you have will do.
In this dish it is key to have all your ingredients cut and ready to
go, because once you begin the stir-fry it goes really fast. You also
want to use an oil with a high smoke point due to the high temperature
you use to stir-fry.
With that said
Enjoy...
