When I first saw her I thought that I was in heaven.
I felt a warm glow of light when she graced my presences
and it felt intoxicating.

When she fell from the sky I helped her up.
and for some reason everything just stood still
as if time itself stopped.

I walked over to the angel
and held out my hand in love and friendship
and it grabbed my hand telling me never to let go
as I held the angel so tight in my arms.

I asked myself is this really what I want
as me and the angel walked home.
